PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted

I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

i have killed 3 deeply volatile monsters so far and i still have not been granted the trophy "volatile vacation" and i have all 6 baths restored and have not been granted the " bewitched by bathing" trophy
