PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

- Where in the game did the issue occur when the trophy should have been granted?: Final boss, beat him solo and tried again multiple times and the trophy “Reincarnation Cycle Stopper” has not appeared.
- Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do at the time: I was in the final area of the map, just got done beating it and finished the credits.
- What were you doing when the issue occurred?: Had my controller down and wasn’t messing with anything.
- Did your friends also experience the issue?: Yes
- How many sessions had you played before the issue occurred?: About 5
- When did this happen?: 2/25/23
