PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

This happened both with the wolf in the fort trophy, which was me and a friend co-oping his popped up and mine didn't. Also I finished my first deeply volatile solo, it was the tombtail and I didn't receive the trophy.
