PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted

I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

@Kochiyajin Have you tried putting a camp on the last area before the final boss?

@JackDRipper01Yes the Bold Camp. Dismantled and rebuilt numerous times. The wells are all built as well.

    @Kochiyajin Oh it didn't work on your end damn. my friend did that and it worked for him, i hope they include the fix for the haven hunter trophy glitch in the next patch.
