PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted
I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

1. Hunters Arm trophy bugged.i tried in multiple session and im pretty sure to have over 200 now but tropy still didnt pop up
2. hunt 4 deeply volatile kemono, one in every region. the troohy for hunting one deeply voliated kemono popped after i defeated the 4th. still dont have the golden tropy for hunting one in every region. Did it twice now.

Is anything else happening?
What troubleshooting have you tried? i tri both trophys more than one time in my session and online sessions.
