PlayStation Trophies Not Being Granted

I have seen a few threads around on PS trophies not being awarded to players after meeting all the requirements. The two I have seen the most are the following but there are more being mentioned else...

Yet another patch and the Haven Hunter trophy is still bugged. Great.

@fjan Hey, so there is a list with PS on trophies not posting Here I read through the post and there is a lot of info on how players were able to get trophies to pop. I help this helps you out/
