Short and sweet, but some of the weapons do not fit with my desired cladding. I think you'll find that a lot of people wish for layered weapons to be added. Literally everyone in my play circle wishes for it. I hope you might consider it!
I agree, layered weapons would be a nice way to further the fashion hunting.

Can't tell me this never crossed the drawing board? Should have been automatic, this is standard RPG stuff in this day and age.
Agreed, I was super disappointed to find that there's a really cool Death Stalker Katana that looks like an ice blade, but isn't actually a water weapon. Then once you upgrade it even further it just reverts back to the same boring recolored design you see all over the weapon tree, a weapon version of the cladding system would be fantastic.
