prepare for amaterasu's return Unable to proceed quest

im korea gamer  prepare for amaterasu's return Unable to proceed quest i kill chapter3 kemono but not drop changing essence please fix bug   I can't even go back because I don't have a save file....

I don't understand this happening.
This has been happening for a week.
I can't proceed with the next story.

I've played both multiplayer and solo
Nothing changes this happen

Same here on ps5 we farm over  50 Monsters and and did All quests from 1-3 but still no Essence... would be nice if ea would answer soon. If this Bug isnt fixed soon i wanna have back my money.
