Problem cod

Hello, could you check my code from the game "IT TAKES TWO"? I purchased the key, entered it, the system recognizes the game, but then it gives an error. Invalid product cod

    @annshex,

    Unfortunately not every problem category seems to allow you to start a chat, but if you pick a different one by clicking on "Change topic", you should get the option. Try selecting "I need help with a hacked account" (or something along those lines). That consistently gives me the option to start a chat, and you can just explain to the advisor what the real issue is.
