Problem with It Takes Two via EA Play (PS4/PS5)

Hi,

me and a friend recently got an EA Play subscription to play It Takes Two via EA Play. We both planed to download the game and not play via the friend pass because we both wanted the trophys.

So we both got it and started it up but mine (I'm on PS4, my friend is on PS5) seemed to be a test version, however I thought I would get the full version via EA Play... Actually my friend on PS5 got a full version of the game. I dont have screenshots from ingame but it stated things like "to play the game buy the full version of it" on the top and I could only play test versions of local/online coop.

However, I have screenshots from the psn store, which will show that I didnt accidentally download the friend pass only and that there is an EA Play marker next to the game in my games library but somehow it seems like its just a test version for PS4 users via EA Play. Sorry for the screenshots to be in german, but the first one shows that I only bought the version that not says "Friend Pass", the second screenshot shows how it looks in my game library (with an EA Play marker) (via Chrome Browser).

Plus my friend on PS5 has some clear visuals/markers to show that It Takes Two is part of EA Play (which are missing in the PS4 store but they are there for other EA Play games like Mass Effect Legendary Edition/Andromeda).

So yeah, in a nutshell the problem is I dont have the full version of It Takes Two via EA Play on my PS4 and dont know whats wrong... I also didnt get any trophys when my mate got some (hence why I think its somehow only a testversion that players can get in EA Play via the PS4 PSN store).

Not sure if I missed a fact about It Takes Two via EA Play or something but the fact that it works normally for my friend is weird...
