Problem with my PS5 account

Hello,

I have a problem with linking my PS account to EA. I think it is because I changed my name in PSN from one name to other and since then, I can't login to any of my games. I wanted to play It takes two with my friend and we can't play because I can't connect to the server. Is there any solution to connect my EA account to  my new PSN name?

    Hi @SONIC66993 

    Thanks for the update, based on what you have described it appears your PSN ID is linked to another EA account versus the one you are signed into. 

    This is indicated by the fact you don't see the PSN account on the EA account you signed in with. 

    I would recommend checking your records for another EA account and resetting its password at help.ea.com 

    If you are unable to find your secondary EA account you will want to reach out to our support for further assistance.

    Hi @SONIC66993 To confirm updating your PSN ID should not block access from your owned games. 

    What is the exact message you are getting with ITT?

    Hello, thank you for answering my question. I Will send you a photo of the exact message.

    In the photo I tried to login to the EA servers on FIFA 23 on my PS5 and everytime I do that i get this mesage. Right now it's in czech language but what it want is to reset my Password and I tried this like for the third time and still nothing changed. So I tried to UNLINK my PSN account on the EA site on my profile, but the problem Is that it showed me that my profile don't have linked account on PSN but when I tried to link it to my PSN account, then I get this weird message in Czech language. 

    In English it's something like this:

     Your accounts cannot be linked because Ludviczech's PlayStation® Network account is already linked to your EA account for b4*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one PlayStation® Network account during its lifetime.

    So I don't know what to do next. Is it possible to link my new PSN to my EA account? Because I don't want to lost this account.

    Sorry for my mistakes I tried to write it as fast as possible and I'm doing this on my phone.
