PS5 version blocks using Spotify as a BGM option

I really enjoy the game's setting and music, and i am happy to let it play as intended most of the time. It is wonderfully traditionally Japanese and beautiful.

However, sometimes I want to put my own music on for the in-game music, but keep the in-game sound effects and other audio. I might do this when I am farming or exploring, or doing something that uses a lot of time and I need the change in music to help keep the focus and the added play time.

So, I have signed up to Spotify to remove the ads and in many games on the PS5 I do this, and literally the ONLY one to block this feature is Wild Hearts. Why?

Can this PLEASE be fixed. It would literally be the easiest fix as it is probably just a toggle in the code? Please reconsider this, as it actually helps the longevity of the game.

    It is difficult to farm in a game for hundreds of hours without the ability to sometimes change the music I am listening to. No other game I own on the PS5 does this, except for Nioh 2, another KT game. All other game publishers allow it.Furthermore, this functionality is present on the XBox and PC, but not on the PS5. I will stop getting any more KT games in the future as a result, unless this is fixed.

    I absolutely love the traditional Japanese setting and music in the game, but sometimes I crave my own tunes while playing. It's frustrating that Wild Hearts on PS5 is the only game blocking Spotify as a BGM option. I've even considered using Spotify Vanced 2023 to work around it. Please, developers, consider unlocking this feature to enhance the game's longevity and player experience.

    It seems frustrating that Wild Hearts blocks Spotify integration for custom music. This feature enhances many players' experiences on the PS5, and enabling it could greatly benefit gameplay enjoyment and longevity.
