PS5/PC Crossplay problem

so this is kinda crazy and I cant find out why this is happening and maybe somebody can help me with this. So me and my brother are trying to join each other on the new wild hearts demo for crossplay pc to ps5 but everytime he goes online on the game I go offline and vice versa not sure what in the world is happing here but its happens as soon as one or the other goes online

    I figure it out last night my account was linked to his ps account I must have done this a long time ago fixed it by unlinking it and making him make his own silly me

    @IamNightVision Hi, I'm assuming you're in the same household connecting to the same router?

    Hopefully a simple router power cycle will help, can you try that to start?
    If that doesn't work I wonder if toggling UPnP will have any impact. If you're unfamiliar with that, you may need to check your router's manual.

    I've been playing all afternoon on PC and Series X. On both i've had no problem cross playing PC --- Xbox and Xbox -- PC. I don't recall geing grouped with any PS5 player on either platform. Sony is notorious about not letting their players play with the rest of the gaming community, maybe it's a bug on Sony's end ?
