Randomly losing connection to EA servers

Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. Everywhere in the game
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? Happens randomly
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Everyday since launch
How often does the bug occur? Occasionally (10% - 49%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? The game randomly losses connection to EA servers. It happens in the middle for games, at the end of games etc. If it happens right after a game you lose all xp for that game.
What should be happening instead? Not disconnect from EA servers
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Play the game on a computer not on EAs lan.

This game has the same issue seen with many EA titles before. Client disconnects from EA servers and then the client blames your internet. And as usual the internet works perfectly fine when the disconnect happens and the problem is isolated to this game. This bug have happened in countless titles before this one with the same behavior.

The most annoying part is when this happens when you are in the after match reports and you actually lose all XP earned in the match.

So I cant give better bug report other than you get a message saying you are disconnected from EA servers blah blah at random times and that this is another titles suffering with this problem.

    Its not my computer and your connective guide is useless since the issue is on EA side and not players side. This issue has been present in all MP EA titles and if you look at any forum for any MP EA title you will find the similar bug being reported around launch. Then someone at EA side fixes the issue for each title after enough people reports it.
    I have had this problem at launch for several titles as well. I have never done anything to fix it because I know the issue have to be fixed on server side. And as mentioned its always fixed on server side after you get lots of report. So this time EA should just do whatever they usually do to fix the issue before more people starts reporting this when the game launches for everyone.
    And its not just me. In several rounds I see players just disappear during the game. I doubt people keeps quitting matches, especially when they are on the winning team.
    Personally I wont waste time trying to fix something that needs to be fixed server side.
    So I'm just letting you know that this title also suffers from this so you can act proactively and fix it before it becomes a huge problem for many.

    Hey there, @3DiE9djua2 

    As of writing we are currently not tracking any network issues with the servers and I have no issue playing and same for loads of other players.

    I can see that you mention that you have this on all of our games at one point. All I can do att this point is recommend troubleshooting steps.

    OK, that is fine. If EA wont do anything proactively then lets just do this the same way as in all other titles. Wait until enough players report and then you re actively do something and prove all the complaints about EA being bad at launches correct. My bad for trying to help EA not going in the same trap in yet another title.
    I just played 3 games now and in every game one player got disconnected leaving the matches 3 vs 2. But sure, there are no network issues and I must be hallucinating.
    As i mentioned. I have NEVER done anything to fix the disconnects in other titles yet the disconnects get fixed after enough reports are issued here and on reddit. Guess its magic since EA never got network problems in their titles at launch.

    Like I said above we have a healthy amount of people playing, tested it my self and so do our teams that monitor our games and with very few reports of a connection issue with the game currently.
     
    Keep in mind that there are a plethora of factors to why you get disconnected from a game that is outside of our control or any games control.
     
    So what that means is we are not tracking issues with servers or incoming connections but that doesn't mean that there is an ISP or network hub that our players use and get redirect to by the ISP when connecting to us that are having issues and would fall under ISP. To name a few reasons why you could be a disconnection. 
     
    This is why we recommend connection troubleshooting in the first place as we are not tracking any issues and its working fine when we are trying and testing the games.
