Re: A Way Out - Unable to see friends on invite screen

Me and my friend both have Xbox game pass and we both installed A way Out on our pc through ea app and we are trying to invite but can’t. I see my friend in the invite list but when I Invite she doesn’t get any prompt. So I asked her to invite me but she doesn’t even have me on her list. We both are friends in EA App too.

Hi @xcred0 Can we try the following and check if this happens?

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings 
• Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Install/Repair your VC++ files for A Way Out
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Hello, I completely reinstalled my PC especially because of A Way Out. All drivers and dependencies are up to date. Unfortunately I have to import the SSL fix because of my Intel 12th generation. I have the game on Steam and it runs in the EA App. My friend has the game right in the EA app. He can see me and try to invite me, but I don't receive it. I, on the other hand, don't see anyone to invite in the game. I noticed that the file AWayOut_friend.exe is in the Steam folder, but when I try to run it manually, an error message appears in the EA app. In Steam itself I have no other start option.

To confirm what is the error message you get in the EA App now? Would it be possible to get a DxDiag?

Also, To confirm what do you mean by having to import the SSL fix? Is that for your system overall or just with the Away out exe?

We can try to go through the troubleshooting steps I previously mentioned, but if the issue continues and we are running into a potential issues with your Intel processor then I would recommend using a separate device or reaching out to their support to see if they have any further steps for your hardware.

I don't need step by step troubleshooting because the problem is already solved. Don't you understand the translation? AMD CPUs have no problem with the game.

Ich brauche keine Schritt für Schritt Fehlerbehebung, da das Problem schon gelöst ist. Verstehen Sie die Übersetzung nicht? AMD CPU´s haben kein Problem mit dem Spiel.
