Make new dxdiag report and check string like
"Driver Strong Name: oem34.inf:5f63e5348b96c4a0:iTGLD_w10_DS:27.20.100.9313:PCI\VEN_8086&DEV_9A49"
if u have newest version ( Version: 27.20.100.9316 (Latest) Date: 3/3/2021 ) then all is good.

Also try to
Move/rename this folder "C:\program files (x86)\steam\steamapps\compatdata\1222700"
And delete this folders:
"C:\ProgramData\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License"
"C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Electronic Arts\EA Services\License"then start the game.
No folder of that name available.
Tried that too. But it didn't work out as well.

The last tip from me at this time is:
Reinstall all Visual С++ components in this way:
a) delete all content of this folders (ignore, skip any problems/errors): "C:\Windows\Temp" and "C:\Users\<UserName>\AppData\Local\Temp";
b) before installing this, delete all already installed versions in order from old (2005) to new;c) all installers run as Admin;
d) if you have x64 OS, you'd install x32 (x86) and x64 packages of all versions:
VC2005 v8.0.61001 (хххххх80.dll), VC2008 v9.0.30729.6161 (хххххх90.dll), VC2010 v10.0.40219.325 (ххххх100.dll), VC2012 v11.0.61030 (ххххх110.dll), VC2013 v12.0.40664.0 (ххххх120.dll), 2015-2019 v14.23.27820: x86, x64 (ххххх140.dll);e) restart PC.

Do you try running a game repair in Origin by right-clicking in your game library?

Try it and check...
In repair it does the same thing as steam does just validating files through steam
