Can not launch Wild Hearts on PC anymore

To confirm, can you verify that the game and EA App is NOT being run as an administrator? Also, can you try adjusting your UAC controls to be set to "always notify me when..." and check if you can launch Wild Hearts without getting windows prompts?
@EA_Illium None are run by administrator and changing the UAC does nothing. It only makes it take longer for the pop ups to appear and then disappear.
