Please both try repairing your games by right clicking on it in origin and pressing "repair game". When its finished, try launching them again.

    I'm on PC. I have tried to repair the game as well as troubleshooting but me and my friend got stuck on the same loading screen.

    same exact porblem for us here, on pc too, reinstalling doesnt fix it....
