Re: Controller Problem-A Way Out

My keyboard works as it should controlling only one player. My controller on the other hand controls both players

HI @mattypoche12 I've seen similar reports in the past, there are a few things we can check to see if this clears up. 

• Try manually assigning controls in the  game settings
• Close any extra clients you have running, and disable any overlays you have running
• Switch from Wireless to USB cable (or vice versa) for the controller

If you continue running into issues let us know the following:

Platform:

PSN ID/Xbox GT:

Are you getting an error message?

Date this issue started (is it still happening?)?

Is anything else happening?

What type of keyboard are you using?

What type of controller are you using?

However are you input devices connected?

If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...

If on PC, please share a DxDiag (Allows us to get PC Spec's, Check for errors/crashes, and look at drivers)

I tried what you said as well as communicating with someone from EA via email. I still have not been given a solution
