Re: EA App install directory

Here is what happens (see screenshot). My opinion is that EA App doesn't see game from Steam client if it's installed in the other local disk. But, I tried to launch Titanfall 2 from my stem account and it works. My friend has only 1 local disk and he has no any issues. I guess it'll be a little bit not reasonable reinstalling my Windows to solve this. Thank you for your help. 

Hi @beka_kh Apologies to confirm this error happens when trying to lunch from Steam or the EA App? Would it be possible to get a video of this?

When you have a moment we can also try going through the following:

• EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery) 
• Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
• EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
• EGS - Repair (Library > Tile dots > Manage > Verify)
• Steam - Verify in your library
• Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates  
• Default your game to the high-performance GPU, AMD Settings | Nvidia Settings | Windows Settings 
• Guide for Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
• Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

EA app doesn't see the game. I'm able to launch this game only from Steam. When I played the last time (back in December) Origin was still active and I had no any issues. Not I bought this game in Steam. Please see video by youtube link : https://youtu.be/xekFn80YsyU

Hi @beka_kh Thanks for this, it looks as if the EA app is not fully running when you attempt to launch A Way out through Steam. 

Can you try to run EA App before launching the game to check if it closes? If so something may be blocking it from running. 

I tried that but didn't work. This game should be disconnected from Origin and then it can playable. If i'll install it to the system directory it will work but I don't have space there. 

I don't have free space there. C is only for Windows.

No i want to have the option in the beginning when i install it first time the EA APP
