Re: Fowl Play Trophy/Achievment

I was able to unlock to trophy/achievment. So it's actually not buggy (to me).

The bird can be found in Chapter 12. A cutscene will start where you can see the bird. The achievement can only be done right at the beginning of Chapter 12. If you follow the story progress the trophy/achievement is missed and you need to do a new playthrough.

The bird is in the Hall of Memories (the room with the pillar in the center with all the names on it). This room can be found by going to the great hall and entering the door opposite the portal. Then enter the blue portal-door straight ahead. Behind the pillar you can go down some stairs to the left or right to find a forge. The bird is behind the forge on the floor.
