- @EA_Darko Actually you only mentioned USER AGREEMENT and TERMS OF SALE. For the latter, I have only played it takes two friend pass with my friend since I signed up for this account. I never make any purchases, so there is no way I'm breaking the terms of sale. For the former, as is described Section 6, "In case of severe violations, EA may take these actions without issuing a prior warning. Some examples of severe violations include, but are not limited to: promoting, encouraging or engaging in hacking, selling EA accounts or entitlements (including virtual currencies and items) without EA’s permission, extreme harassment, or threatening illegal activities. When practical, EA will notify you of the action it will take in response to violations of these rules or breach of this Agreement." I got my account banned without issuing a prior warning, so I should have done things above, but in fact I did nothing. That's why I can't understand your decision.

You will need to direct any questions around a ban to our TOS team @eleshen as they are the only ones who can assist you.
Darko - @EA_Darko Do you mean EA Help? If yes, I may have done this, and the result is described as #3. Can I deliver this question again?
