If you could try taking a different picture, it'd help immensely. Just so that I know exactly what you're looking at.

You mention that you've reset your password multiple times; are you being prompted to do so by your error message?

    Je accounts kunnen niet worden gekoppeld, omdat je PlayStation® Network-account WiDa_DaWi al is gekoppeld aan je EA-account voor 9f*****@disabled.ea.com. Een EA-account kan tijdens de levensduur maar aan één PlayStation® Network-account worden gekoppel

     

    I dont have het hat email account, can you delete it si la xan you my new email ?

    Yeah, that'll be it then. I'm afraid we can't help with account issues here on the forums, but if you reach out to our live support team they should be able to help you unlink that account so you can link it to your normal EA account. That should let you get online without any problems.
