Thanks for reaching out to the community, when you have a moment can we give the following a try?

1. Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
2. Default your PC to the dedicated Graphics card: Troubleshooting Graphics issues 
3. Steam - Verify in your library
4. Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.

If this keeps up could we grab a DxDiag file?
