What troubleshooting have you tried? I beat the celestial dragon by myself (no MP) and then the final boss. I watched the ending cinematic and credits. I was surprised to not get a trophy unlock notification so I checked my trophies and sure enough it did not unlock. I'm pretty frigging annoyed. Grinding all day today on my day off to finish the game and to platinum it. I feel like an idiot.
