@EA_Illium No. Whenever I quite and relaunch, it automatically connect. But that defeats the purpose of quick resume. As for now, I basically have to quit to main screen, connect to internet, then continue. That's two loading times I don't need.

We just need for a way to connect to internet while inside the game. This is the same case with Monster Hunter World and the game has that feature.
