Re: Problem with saving the game It takes two for PS5

Hi @995t5sjeuc31 When you have a moment can you try the following:

  • Clear the systems cache (Close the game completely > Turn off the console > Wait 30-60 seconds > Restart and Relaunch)
  • Verify you signed into your PSN account
  • Check for updates
  • Restore Licence
  • Entering Safe Mode and Rebuild your PS database

  • That doesn't work. We tried that and some other things we read. We  played a total of 12 hours. We started over three times and could not get pass the vacuum tower where we had to fifth the boss. We would blow the flaming canisters at him and when we got tired we stopped. A couple of times it would take us back to where we stopped, but then the third time it brought us back to the beginning.

We are TOTALLY disgusted with the game, we bought it digitally for a sale price of $19.99 and would like our money refunded.

I’m having the same issue. Makes the game impossible to play. I bought the ps4 disc and used the free upgrade to the ps5 version.
