Hi @Kedron27 We can try relinking, to confirm did you try to link either to a different account? 

If not try, try restarting and verifying your EA game in your Steam library, and going through the linking process again. 

If the issue continues to pop up we will need to wait for our support to respond on your tickets in case there are any other options.

    Im having the same problem. I have bought EA Sports FC 24 on Steam and now every time I try to lunch it  tells me that message. Even if my account is linked it tolds me that. When I go on EA app and try to lunch it from there, my library is empty. I cleared chache, restart the app, reset my password but nothing worked. Please help!
