Hello,
I would be happy if you could instruct me how to play local, 2 players, on a pc. I can not find anywhere in the menu where a second player can connect.

Hey there, @Leammsikatt.
Two-player is pretty seamlessly integrated, which may make it a bit difficult to 'find'. While you can't select it from the main menu, once you start the game and meet Blue Yarny, it should recognize both inputs (or prompt to allow you the second one).
The pause menu from there will have additional single/multi-player options, as seen below:
