Save file gone?
Hello, I finished the game on PS5, latest update, and was running into issues with the NPC discussion trophies as posted elsewhere on this forum. I tried a couple of times to restart the game, reinstall etc. still no trophies. I was looking at the save profiles in the main menu and decided to select and delete one that I created using “restart chapter” after talking to Zendara for the final time, since I did a lot of postgame trophy cleanup that would be gone. However, I didn’t know that deleting it would delete ALL of my saves - I thought it just deleted the line I was on. I used the PS cloud save feature to check the sync status, but it ended up pushing the console save to the cloud and now it seems that the saves are totally gone. Is there any chance that the save might be linked to my EA profile somewhere? Otherwise, I’ll be really disappointed to lose the save with almost 60 hours put in, and about to start NG+ too 😔

Apologies for being the bearer of bad news, but there would not be an additional EA system that backs up your save for immortals. The game saves your progress locally and the console will upload the latest save to Sony's cloud system.
If the file were deleted we would need to start a new game.
