Save game won’t load and then shuts down game (Xbox)

Hi,

Looking for some advise. So I’ve gone back to playing the game after a few months away from it to finish off the last 4 achievements I need for this game. I’m playing Xbox series X. This is a NG+ and I’ve already got half way through this.

I’ve booted up the game like normal and logged in. Then press the continue button to load my save game. The loading screen shows and the sign in the corners moves, then suddenly the game shuts down and I go back to the Home Screen.

Boot up the game again and try again and the same thing happens. I’ve even tried to load older saved games and the same thing happens.

Ive removed the same and from the console and rebooted again with the cloud and same issue happens again.

Anyone got any ideas on what I can do or if it can be fixed? 
Really don’t want to make a new save game and play through on the hardest difficulty without all my gear.
