Screen not scaling to size

I have Rocket Arena on three account in my house. All are running on PlayStation 4.
two of the TVs I’m using have an issue where the display area of the game exceeds the size of the screen. I have adjusted the screen scaling within the PlayStation 4 settings to its smallest possible level. This changed nothing within the game. As it currently sits you are unable to view the icons completely on the top or bottom corners of the screens. This includes in matches as well as in the main menu, like viewing your Rocket Fuel and players within your party.

Its evident that this is not a PlayStation issue or an issue with the TV as other games so scale properly.

The TVs with issue are as follows.
42” 1080p and 32” 720p

An ideal solution would be to add the ability to scale your screen size within the game. I know several other games implement this feature upon  playing the game for the first time.

thanks

  • Hey there, @xxcaspaxx Thanks for the report, what TV brand and model number is that you have that is experiencing the issue with?

  • Thanks for responding.

The brand is Dynex, it was a line of TVs made exclusively for Best Buy from LG as their private label. I do not know the mode numbers but the TVs are of different sizes and resolutions, both with the same issue. 42” 1080p and 32” 720.

Both had an issue scaling Fortnite after an update awhile back but it was something Epic was able to fix on their end now it scales once again.

    Thanks
