Slow motion problem unravel 2

My game keeps playing in slow motion. It says to press L to turn it off, but it doesn’t do anything. I cant play or do anything.  The beginning clip is also in slow motion, like REALLY slow.

I changed controls and changed the Save file but nothing seems to work.
