Hey all, After days of trying to connect with my friend/ multiple people with no luck, I have FINALLY found a solution to the never ending connecting screen on Xbox one.I tried ALL of the suggestions posted by the EA techs, but only 1 evaded me which was the "Ensure your Ipv4/Ipv6 connections were lined up" So after checking: I saw that my wifi was connected to my xbox via Ipv4 + Ipv6. -> Were as my friend, who never had issues connecting, was connected on just Ipv4! After disabling Ipv6 and ensuring my xbox was only connected with Ipv4, (just like my friend's connection on his side) : We connected immediately!!!*You'll need to check how to disable Ipv6 on your router in the settings for that to work. In my case: My Isp's provided modem had Ipv6 on by default and no way to shut it off! ->So to fix this I put it into bridge mode and connected an older modem that only broadcasts an Ipv4 connection. Please bump this if this works for you because the mods really need to see this and know that the issue for connectivity lies in Ipv4/Ipv6 communication.

@Sketchyson Thanks for the post, the issue with IPV4 and IPV6 is something that I have been posting about since the game launched last week. It's important that when playing that you and your friend are on the same wavelength so to speak.

Well my friend and I both have Ipv4 and Ipv6 and we still can't play?

This is a bandaid for a larger issue. ipv4 and ipv4 + ipv6 Should be able be able to communicate *without* this issue.
Find a fix, and I'll be finding my refund, regardless.

This comment 👌👌👌 honest tho I love the look of the game, I love the aspect, was just hugely disappointed by the actions on it, should have been set back or something, atleast the people who have been so excited and also paid for this game, would have some sort of communication with the developers rather than quick fixes for a broken game 😔 hugely disappointed for a game I was so so so excited about...

The comment above me I was subjecting to not the comment from the forum creator even though this could be a possible fix, Just shouldn't be a problem in the first place, EA between this and NHL 18 there is no reason for only EA not being able to connect ipv4 and ipv4+6 when no other game has given me any sorta the same trouble 👌

you guys need to fix this issue I play every other single game with my friends no problem connecting all the time. So someOne needs to do something on your end to make connectivity available for IP4and IP6 like every single other game

Offering a "solution" regarding making sure you are on the same IPV4 or IPV6 is ridiculous when most routers don't even give you the option of switching off IPV6 so your soultion involves bridging an old IPV4 router into your network just to play a co-op only game is crazy. This is not a solution. The game is broken.

Might have found the problem....

Go into Xbox settings, network, advanced and clear your Mac address.

Worked for both me and my friend and we've tried most things since launch

This Co-op feature is garbage. From all the EA games I bought for computer and Xbox this is the first one I want to take back to the store. And I will not recommend this game to anyone.
