Split fiction ea login

I am unable to sign into my account on the PS5. It keeps saying my credentials have changed and all I need to do is reset my password, I go through the motions of doing that on the link provided, and it still gives me this message. It’s like the game isn’t recognizing that I updated this and I have yet to be able Tom play this game I paid for
