Stuck on chapter 1.4 bike wheel, cannot jump.

Hi, I've been playing it takes with my girlfriend and we've been enjoying it so far. However we are stuck on chapter 1.4  when trying to cross bicycle wheels. It seems the obvious way is to jump from one bike wheel to the other and to the final railing however when we press the jump button it does not work. Only the dash button seems the work and the rest of the buttons have no effect. Is there more to it than jumping ? Or is it a bug ? We've tried restarting the game but we see the same problem.

    We have the same problem on the switch, no way to get out of the Bicycle wheels, we're stuck there and can't finish the stage , it's right at the end of 'the shed'

    @raphaellemay Did you manage to get passed it? I'm really sorry for this, it really sucks. me and my kid was really enjoying the game. Great full if you can help us out (if you managed to get passed the wheels that is)
