Stuck on Friend Pass
I bought It Takes Two on steam and downloaded it on EA, but when I open the game, it just tells me to "Purchase Full Game" which I already did. When I click on "Purchase Full Game" it just brings me back to the "It Takes Two page" on EA and it doesn't have anything about buying on there, just a button to play. I did play this game months ago and downloaded the friend pass but I uninstalled it and I downloaded the full game when I bought it on steam. I have tried closing and opening the game but nothing works.

Thanks for the update, would it be possible to get a clip of trying to launch the game?
Also, can we try the following when you have a moment?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)
- Steam - Verify in your library
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Close other running applications on your device
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
