Symmetry fane (shroudfane) i fell off whilst jumping up the blocks on the big wall, tried whipping so I didn’t fall off. (I still fell) I tried doing the shroudfane again, but this time no blocks ...

EA QV Team@kerrieboul229 Thank you for the report! If you fully exit the shroudfane and start it again, do the blocks start spawning, or are they permanently stuck not spawning for you?
They’re permanently stuck from spawning. I’d quit out, restart the game. I also tried loading previous saves and still encounter the same issue.

@kerrieboul229 Thank you for confirming. I've reported this to the developers to investigate.
I'm having exactly the same issue. Reinstalling the game did nothing, previous save points had the same problem, nothing I can do seems to reset the fane.
