Symmetry fane (shroudfane bug?)

Symmetry fane (shroudfane) i fell off whilst jumping up the blocks on the big wall, tried whipping so I didn’t fall off. (I still fell)  I tried doing the shroudfane again, but this time no blocks ...

I'm having exactly the same issue. Reinstalling the game did nothing, previous save points had the same problem, nothing I can do seems to reset the fane.

    I’m actually have same problem. Falling down in last area and no blocks came back on the wall. No fix for that since August is VERY BAD SUPPORT EA SERVICE
