It's still bugged (I'm on PS5, version 1.006.003).
Luckily, after I restored cloud save, they reappeared (too bad for Xbox users 😕). But it's weird that after I restored that save, I didn't encounter this bug again (after I fell, they were back as they should be). It seems to occur randomly 🤨.

@6bf870aa37f53cb3 I believe Xbox has a cloud system as well, have you tried this?
As far I know, Xboxes have only automatic sync, without any option to disable it, so there's no rescue for Xbox users in such situation.
Only in PS5 you can also sync manually.
Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
They really should implement manual saves inside the game itself.
I went ahead and beat the game. Went back to Symmetry fane it was still messed up. So I restarted the chapter and lost all the Fane that I did complete.it start me after I beat the game still had to watch the ending again no big deal. So I went back to the Symmetry fane and it was fixed.so I try to beat Symmetry again and fell and the glitch happen again so I restarted the chapter again did the same thing. When back to the Symmetry and it was fixed. This time a beat the Symmetry. The only problem is that I had to go back and beat the others Fanes again. After I beat the last one the achievement pop. I hope this help people on Xbox.
