Apologies for the delay, can we try the following and check if this continues?
- Run the System File Checker tool, then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Repair the game files in the EA app. Go to the Library and find your game. Click the Manage icon, then click Repair.
- Clear EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Check if any background applications are stopping the EA app or your game.
Hi! To launch the game I use Steam. Does yor advice suit in this case?

Hey @fogon_101 Apologies everyone but the EA app steps will still be relevant, for Steam you can verify the game files instead:
