UE4-Mariner - Game Crashing when Loading - PC

Rocket Arena is crashing while loading, after the screen that says "click any button to continue"  I've already done the following updated gfx drivers repaired game uninstalled, reinstalled game...

    Hey everyone, 

    Thanks for all the reports and information you have given so far!

    While we are investigating it further we need some more information.

    Can you also test this out: 

    • Go to Origin advanced launch options under Game Properties in Origin.
    •  
      • -fullscreen Launches the game in exclusive fullscreen mode.
      • -window Launches the game in windowed mode. Use with-noborder to launch the game in borderless fullscreen.

    Update: Accepting the post to highlight the information we need.

Hey there!

So, for some players, the pre-season 1 patch has actually resolved the crashing issue. Since it's still happening for some of you, could you please provide the following data?

The game doesn't exactly crash on my PC. Just once. But it freezes always when I want so start a match. Even if it is a private match or just a training. I can choose my hero (or leave it be) and it freezes when the match starts or when the timer is at 5 before the match/training starts. The weird about it: i could play it with the update and before the update. But since yesterday evening nothing works. Of course I tried some things. Started it as an admin (at least Steam, which is the platform I'm playing on), deinstalled it and reinstalled it, lowered the animation and so on. Even deinstalled my anti-virus and tried to play it, doesn't work (so now my anti-virus is back and nothing changes). I can hear poeple or bots playing. Friends told me I am loaded into the arenas. I can move and shoot, I can do everything BUT I don't see anything. So everything works, the audio, the control, the mouse but not the video. Just frozen. All my software is updated to the latest version, yesterday were no updates for anything but suddenly I couldn't play anymore.

It is really annoying since I want to achieve the full season and have already started but now nothing works. My friends can play, nothing's wrong with their versions of the game but since we all play it over steam and that for quite some time and we all got the same update ... it is a bit miraculous.
