Split Fiction - Fatal error crash

Hey Nyxi-xx, are you also getting a "LowLevelFatalError" by any chance? If yes, or even if not, could you perhaps take a look at the following thread HERE and see if the same also applies to you?

My only option is the DX11 fix which you've advised against in that post. 

The CPU changes won't apply because 

1. That article is old and my BIOS is running the latest update and I've ensured I'm running intels default settings from the BIOS not the MOBO settings so by DEFAULT my CPU has the fixed microcode
2. I've never had an issue with crashes. Only this game is crashing. It'll crash 5-10 mins into the game. 
   
   
3. The crash that comes up just says UE fatal error. Nothing more. 

please highlight where I can obtain a crash report so I may send it. 

Dx11 also doesn't fix this. 

i've attached a photo of the error. 

The sounds keep playing as if the game were still running, the player im playing with is still connected able to do things. My screen freezes on the game this then appears and i still hear sound but cannot do anything due to screen freeze / crash error. 

I'm facing this exact issue. GPU 4070TI Super, CPU Ryzen 7 7700, 32GB memory. All drivers up to date.

Could you perhaps try to verify the integrity of the game files and see if that fixes it?

I have done and a fresh reinstall neither work. I reinstalled my drivers too didn't fix it. I'm running the game on Windows 11 at 1440P I have 2 monitors also.  Providing this info to further aid in your investigation. I can run the game for an hour on first launch on PC restart then when it crashes I can go about 10 minutes. 
It's not a hardware issue I've tested other games with no issues. 

I am having the exact same issue. Running a RTX 3080, 5600X, 32GB ram and latest drivers and bios firmwares. Other games work fine but this crashes 10 minutes into game sometimes less. Events Viewer also shows the error Event ID 153 from source nvlddmkm. Just like OP, game sound continues to run as if game is running but I am unable to do anything in game.

1. exactly the same problem, I have an RTX 4070 SUPER, 13600KF, 32GB OZU, I honestly don't understand how you can work for up to 10 minutes, I personally have it for 2-3 minutes

unfortunately, it didn't help me.
