Unable to Animate the Glyph in The Magnus, Chapter 2.

sadly it don’t work ☹️  

It’s just annoying you pay all this money out £69 a gane that don’t work so annoyed right now ☹️but that link didn’t work and I only bought the game yesterday from PlayStation☹️

The link worked i got on you tube but all else didn’t work I still can’t pass that statue ☹️

Ok. Thanks for clearing that up. Can you share more information please? For example, what are you trying in the game to animate the glyph? 

In your game, what button does it recommend you hold down when aiming at the green glyph on the statue? Can you upload a screenshot of the instructions the appear in the game for you, please?

@LynnePins I may have seen this once before. You pick up the green sigil (stormshards), defeat the 3 enemies that spawn, then Kirkan says "This altar grants you the animate spell", you pick up the spell from the alter, and then you're able to animate the statue. Does Kirkan say the line and were you able to pick up the spell? In any case I've forwarded this to the team to investigate further, and any additional information you can provide would help.

You're about 40 minutes into the game at that point, so it might be worth trying to start a new save to see if that works as well.

What I will do it help u me and others I will play this part again and take screen shots for u the best I can ok 🙂

Update: When I get to the statue with shinny green thing on it I have to press and hold the R2 on my controller to activate animate glyph and then it does nothing ☹️ Have sent u 3 screen shots @EA_Kipling hope that helps ☹️

Okay. Just to be certain. You're:

• Aiming at the glyph on the statue (I saw the "Hold down the RT to animate", so I don't think there's any problem with that step).
• Holding down the right trigger (R2) …
• … while using the left joystick (still holding down the RT, while moving the joystick) to make the statue move.
