Unable to connect EA Servers - The Attic
In It Takes Two, while I was doing the mission with my friend in The Attic section, my friend sees an animation, but I still continue the game, and then suddenly a problem like the attached problem comes and the connection is lost.
Thanks for letting us know what you are running into, when you have a moment can we try the following?
- Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from
- EA App - Repair (My Collection > Tile Dots > Repair)
- EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)
- Connection and Advance Connection Guides
- Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance
- Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates
- Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game
