'Unable to Connect' on Xbox

I am unable to connect to the EA account, but my Xbox account is linked. Can't get the deluxe items. My Xbox is listed on my EA account, but says it's not when I press check add one. I see the deluxe edition in my purchase history...

  • Hi @Zeev42

We can't check account information or verify EA account info here on Answers HQ. The best way to confirm you signed into the correct accounts is by checking here: https://myaccount.ea.com/cp-ui/connectaccounts/index

If you see your Xbox listed, then from that side you should be g2g. If it is listed can we try the following?

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Persistent Storage
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage
    • Alternate Mac:
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear
      • Select restart

  • I have made it to the first forge and didn't see the items there.

    HI @Zeev42

To confirm are you missing the Deluxe item, or are you also getting an error about connecting to your EA account?

@EA_Illium Both. I do not see the items when I go into the forge, and I am getting that unable to connect error when checking add ons
  • I see that I have an Xbox linked to my EA account, and it should be the correct one...but I don't see 'Immortals of Aveum' listed as a game I own on my EA account. Any chance you can check that? I see the purchase history for the deluxe dlc on my Xbox history.
