Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)

I've merged your posts together, can you try the steps previously shared and let us know if this continues?

Please note I've down all the step you sald ,and nothing change.

All service in windows are shutdown and all startup item are disable.

    @EA_Illium Maybe I can colleague some log for you if help .Just tell me what kind of tool and information you need. Network ？ File operational? Regedit?
