I have exact same issue and error code with @DragapultAbuser. In the same scenario, tried everything he tried. I'm also running through Steam and also tried on EA launcher, both same issue.

Are you playing on a friends pass version or a full copy of ITT?

I have the full copy of ITT on Steam gotten via EA Play (But cannot connect to EA servers)
the 2nd machine (Different Steam account) has a friend pass version (Which can connect to EA servers) - 9 months ago

Have the same issue.
Me and my girlfriend wants to play this game on same internet, me on steam with the full copy and she with friendpass.. she can connect and i can't

Hey Everyone,
I wanted to update this thread quickly, currently, we have no new information to share on the reports that have been passed along.
If we get any additional updates from the games team, I can update this thread again.
Also, if you have not please let us know the following:
- EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number (This is separate from the error message in-game)

And you told me to contact Steam customer service.Now the game is discounted, so many people can't log in to the game, and you don't give any compensation; just let us to wait; already over a month

Is there any new information.
I have the same problem since a few days. Befor that i played it one afternoon and had no problems. I would prefer to get a fix rather than to refund the game.

I have the exact same problem, i have reinstall windows several times, restart my router, reset my router.
I have tried using 2 diff VPN's with two diff protocols. I have tested several countries.
I reinstalled game, i downloaded and install EA launcher and launched trough there. Still no * fix.
And to read that this has been for 3 months without any fix provided is like holy *.
You should take responsibility and fix this? Like it's pretty clear and obvious that it has something to do with updates made to EA or the updates made to steam deck *.
Perhaps just perhaps you guys could maybe like i dunno put * priority on this?

After a few days i decided to give it another try and manually changed the server for where windows goes to auto collect time.
And changed this to a server that is not windows server. And was able to start playing the game as of yesterday.
Now i also made sure to have setup all region details on PC to match that of my timezone.
If its really because of this that it worked? Or if its just magic wasnt an issue on EA's side i can not tell.
But for anyone who might wanna try? Change timezone information server in windows. And grab from another one.
Also i have to add that EA support is absolute horrible. My ticket didnt even get an answer they just auto closed it without answering or trying to help me.
So in total EA gets 0/10 stars.

- 5 months ago@hxqv51yxdv0p What i did was first : Set my region and timezone and everything to the place im located / living. In my case Sweden.
Secondly what i did was manually change the NTP timezone server that windows uses to auto collect timezone information. From the default microsoft one to time.nist.gov. I then disconnected and reconnected my steam account to my EA account. (unlink then link it back) i then waited few days before trying to play again and it worked. But i also manually press the button to sync my time everytime before i launch the game. And so far have worked everytime after this. But beaware that it might not be because of anything i did that it worked again. Could be that the gods have interfered and helped. - 5 months ago
