Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)

Hi, ever since the latest update I have been unable to play It Takes Two (Steam PC Version). I have bought and had this copy since 2022 and was playing it just fine two weeks ago.  However, now...

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for the additional updates, We can pass this on to the team to be aware of!

When everyone has a moment would it be possible to get the following?

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

EA app Error ID Number  - well the whole problem is that I cant access the EA servers so I can't login 
as I mentioned before. The game is bought on steam via EA Play.

    I can't log in to my game, please fix it. I can't log in to this game now, it's so annoying; if you can't solve it, please refund me. I know the refund date has passed, but now I can't log in,
