Unable to Connect to the EA Servers - Result Code 401-6e (PC/Steam)

Hi, ever since the latest update I have been unable to play It Takes Two (Steam PC Version). I have bought and had this copy since 2022 and was playing it just fine two weeks ago.  However, now...

Hey Everyone, 

Thanks for the additional updates, We can pass this on to the team to be aware of!

When everyone has a moment would it be possible to get the following?

  • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
  • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

@EA_Illium When can this problem be solved? I haven't logged in for two weeks. I asked Steam for a refund, but Steam refused to refund me because it exceeded the time limit. I bought two copies at the original price, and now there is a discount, which makes me even more upset.
